Swimming Lessons

We have teamed up with Active Leeds to provide swimming lessons to autistic and learning disabled non-swimmers.

The lessons run every Monday from 31st July to 21st August and cost £5.70 per session. All members must be accompanied in the water by a support worker.

Gentle Movement Group

This group meets weekly to go for a short walk, and do some gentle exercises, like yoga, outdoors.
