On the first day of Autism Acceptance Week we had the chance to interview Eli.

Eli is an autistic man who started out as a member of some of our groups, and he also received one-to-one support from us for a while.

He started to volunteer for a few of our groups, and now works as a paid member of staff, helping to run our weekly LGBTQ+ social group OUT in Leeds. He also works as a member of cover staff for our Crossgates Club social group, and helps annually coordinate our Talent Competition.
