Because We Matter is a Peer Support group that promotes good health and wellbeing for learning disabled and autistic adults.
It is free to attend.
We will talk about:
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Mental Health
…as well as having guest speakers and different activities each week, and providing accessible health information.
